Roommates to Soulmates is a Muslim relationship coaching practice led by Faraz Malik. This policy explains how we handle personal information when you use our website, assessments, events, and client portal.

• Payment information, which is processed by Stripe. We do not store full card numbers.
• Scheduling information when you book through Calendly or join sessions through Zoom.
• Email and message delivery records when we communicate with you through Brevo or Gmail.
• Analytics and cookie data about how you use the site, such as pages visited and device information.

We use your information to provide coaching, programs, events, and assessments; manage your account and portal; schedule and run sessions; process payments; send service and (where permitted) marketing emails; improve the site; and meet legal obligations.

We share information only with service providers that help us operate, including Stripe, Calendly, Zoom, Brevo, Google (Gmail), and hosting and analytics providers. They may use it only to provide their services to us. We do not sell your personal information.

We keep information for as long as needed to provide our services and meet legal, accounting, and operational needs. You may ask us to delete your information as described below.

You may ask to access, correct, or delete your personal information by contacting us through the email address on our website or by replying to any email from us. We will respond within a reasonable time.

Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link. You can also contact us to be removed. Service messages about your purchases, sessions, or account may still be sent.

Our services are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has given us information, contact us and we will delete it.

We may update this policy from time to time. The date above shows when it was last changed.
