We've helped hundreds of couples rebuild connection, restore intimacy, and rediscover their marriage — all through the lens of Islamic values and evidence-based counseling.
Whether you're preparing for marriage, working to save one, or healing after one ended — there's a path designed specifically for you.
Short lessons and exercises designed to build insight and skills gradually. Learn at your own pace, revisit as needed.
Scheduled weekly meetups to help grow and address pivotal moments during your journey. Real guidance when you need it most.
Tech support and 1-on-1 calls as needed. We're here to ensure nothing stands between you and your progress.
Every track—regardless of relationship stage—follows the same three-pillar structure for transformative growth.
Beliefs, narratives, and internal frameworks that shape how you approach relationships.
Emotional regulation, attachment, boundaries, and nervous system stability.
Practical skills, decision-making, and relational competence for your next step.
The program timeline includes nine core weeks of learning across Mindset, Well-Being, and Readiness. This describes the schedule, not a module total; topics vary by track. In practice, relationships don't always follow a fixed schedule.
When challenging weeks arise, we intentionally pause the curriculum to address what's most pressing. For that reason, we build in a three-week buffer—ensuring the program remains responsive, supportive, and centered on real progress rather than rigid timelines.
Structured learning across three pillars
Flexibility for life's unexpected moments
Not rigid timelines—genuine transformation

Faraz Malik is a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), educator, and religious scholar who has helped hundreds of Muslim couples and individuals transform their relationships. He holds a BA in Mathematics, a Master's in Islamic Studies, and a Master's in Mental Health Counseling.
With extensive training in both Islamic sciences—including the five-year Alimiyyah program at Qalam Seminary—and clinical mental health counseling, Faraz offers a unique perspective that bridges traditional Islamic scholarship with contemporary therapeutic approaches. This dual expertise allows him to address relationship challenges through a lens that honors both spiritual values and psychological wellness.
Recognizing the critical need for relationship education in the Muslim community, Faraz developed a comprehensive pre-marital and marital curriculum serving three populations: singles seeking marriage, couples in crisis, and post-divorce individuals. His framework integrates Islamic values with evidence-based therapeutic approaches, covering everything from courtship strategies to conflict resolution to understanding nikāḥ rights.
Every relationship has a turning point. Here's what it looked like for some of the couples and individuals we've worked with.
